Florence Marie Porcello, 71, of Caldwell, passed away on November 16, 2023 at Family of Caring in Montclair, NJ.

Florence was born in July 1952 in Newark, NJ to Alfonse and Florence (Scrimo) Porcello. She attended Catholic school, and graduated from Belleville High School in 1971.

Florence lived in Essex County her whole life, from Belleville to Verona, and finally to Caldwell. For many years she worked at Dr. Abrivia’s dental office, and was a friendly face to all his patients. Florence spent her last years living at Marion Manor, where she made many friends. She always had an uplifting attitude and energy.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother, Alfonse Porcello, Jr. She is survived by her niece, Melissa Porcello and her nephew, Thomas J. Porcello.
