Lavinia Taylor Moeller Loving Mother Lavinia Taylor Moeller, of West Caldwell, NJ, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2014 with her devoted daughter, Dr. Lavinia Paige Moeller by her side. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ (973-226-6696) on Friday, January 10th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Caldwell United Methodist Church, 8 Academy Road, Caldwell on Saturday, January 11th at 11:00 am. The interment will be private. Lavinia was born in Staten Island, NY and was raised in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. She moved to West Caldwell in 1950, Mrs. Moeller received bachelor degrees from NYU in Finance and Business, Pratt in Architecture and Parsons in Interior Design. She had an extensive career as an architect and as the owner of Timely Travel Services in West Caldwell. Lavinia was predeceased by her beloved husband Norman George Moeller, a brother William Taylor and a sister Vera Moore. Surviving are her devoted daughter Dr. Lavinia Paige Moeller, also many nieces, nephews, friends and church family. Lavinia will be deeply missed by her family to whom she was deeply devoted.
