Obituary of Mary Ellen Dougherty

Mary Ellen Dougherty Beloved Sister and Aunt Mary Ellen Dougherty, 60, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 30, 2016 after a valiant fight with cancer. A Celebration of Mary Ellen's Life will held at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave., Caldwell, NJ 07006 on Wednesday, February 3rd at 7:00pm. Friends are invited to visit with the family one hour prior to the service, from 6-7pm. A private graveside service will held be at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Caldwell at a later date. She graduated from St. John's University with a bachelor's degree in economics. She enjoyed a long career in banking and was a Senior Vice President with JP Morgan Chase Bank. Mary Ellen is survived by a loving family, most especially she was a devoted Aunt to and adored by Ryan, Christopher, Aurora, Jack and Abigail.
