Joseph F. Norgard, 75, of Fairfield, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
Born in Glen Ridge, NJ to Bernard and Marion Norgard, Joseph was raised in West Caldwell and traveled worldwide before moving to Fairfield in 1976.
Mr. Norgard proudly served in the US Army.
Joe lived in many countries while working for the Bendix Corp. (NASA) before his family settled in Fairfield. He retired from the Sheering-Plough Corp. in Kenilworth, NJ.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret (Hildebrandt); children, Ines (Paul) D'Ambrosio and Kenneth (Jacqueline) Norgard; father, Bernard Norgard, Sr.; brothers, Bernard, Jr., Michael and Richard; grandchildren, Christopher & Brian D'Ambrosio, Edward, Jamie, Nicole and John Norgard; also many nieces and nephews.
