Obituary of Charles Edward Vannoy
Charles Edward Vannoy, 82, of Verona, NJ, formerly of West Caldwell, NJ, unexpectedly passed away at home on Sunday, November 3, 2019.
Visitation at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ on Thursday, November 7th from 4-7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of the Valley, 518 Valley St., Orange, NJ on Friday, November Nov. 8th at 10:15 am, followed by the interment at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ. Born and raised in Orange, NJ, Charles was the son of Richard and Reva Vannoy. He married the love of his life, Dioscora Reroma and together they raised their family in Orange and West Caldwell, before moving to Verona last year
Charles was the owner of Vannoy Liquors in Orange for 42 years before his retirement.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Dioscora; devoted sons, Jason, Charles and Duane; dear brother, Ronald; and cherished grandchildren, Rose, Morgan, Sydney and Cole.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Richard and Robert
