Obituary of Francis Anthony Cuoco

Francis A. (Frank) Cuoco of Naples, Florida formerly of North Caldwell, NJ, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly of complications from cancer on December 23, 2020. He was 62. A private interment took place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ. A memorial service will be held in New Jersey later this year. To extend a condolence or share a memory, please visit www.codeyjonesfh.com Frank was born in Belleville, raised in Verona, and lived in Milburn, North Plainfield, and then North Caldwell, NJ before moving to Naples, Florida in 2016. He graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelor's degree in Social Systems and Policy and earned a master's degree in Public Administration from New York University. Frank worked for Essex County, NJ for 28 years, first as a fiscal analyst and then as a Senior Planner and Administrator for the Department of Citizen Services. After retiring from government service, Frank worked as a data analyst and strategic planner for the non-profit Essex County Family Justice Center. Frank also owned and operated a small business, Frank's NewService, for many years. After moving to Florida, Frank volunteered at the Collier County (Florida) Domestic Animal Services shelter, caring for the cats in the shelter's care. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Mary Ann (Homza) Cuoco, and his younger brother Mark. Surviving is Frank's sister, Lillian Cuoco, of Richmond, VA, his beloved dog Bandit, and his feline niece Prancer.
