Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother

Lidia Grimaldi (nee Perchiacca), 86, of Caldwell passed away on July 7, 2021.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for Lidia at Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum, 225 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover on Saturday, July 10th at 11 AM. Arrangements are entrusted to the Codey & Jones Funeral Home in Caldwell.

Born in Capua, Italy, Lidia has lived in the Caldwells since 1970. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Lidia was well known for her fine Italian cooking. Her family always looked forward to the beautiful meals she prepared. Lidia also treasured time spent with family, especially during holidays. 

Lidia was the beloved wife of Ferdinando "Freddy" Grimaldi; loving mother of Paula Martino and Peter Grimaldi; dear grandmother of Deanna and Dominique Martino; and cherished sister of Michael and Armando Perchiacca.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lidia's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
