Rocco J. Petro of Caldwell, NJ, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the age of 92.

Rocco was born in July 1930 to Frank and Antoinette (Nicolini) Petro in Queens, NY. He married Lillie Beauseigneur in 1959 and they lived in Caldwell, NJ for over 40 years. Rocco worked in sales for many years and retired from Avesta in Fairfield as the Inside Sales Manager. 

Rocco and Lillie enjoyed their life together, raising their daughter, Gigi; and in time, spoiling their granddaughters. Family was everything to them. Rocco loved cooking, listening to opera, going to the theater, and enjoyed spending time with all of his friends at Marian Manor. 

Rocco lost his beloved Lillie in 2018. He was also predeceased by his brothers, Gene and Joseph. Surviving are his devoted daughter, Gigi; and his cherished granddaughters, Olivia and Jillian Roche.

Mass will be celebrated Wednesday in St. Aloysius R.C. Church, Caldwell at 9:30 am. The rest of the services will be private and arranged by Codey Funeral Home of Caldwell. To share a condolence, please visit codeyfuneralhome.com.
