Obituary of Nan Rame'

Nan Rame' Beloved Wife and Mother Faithful Episcopalian Nan Rame', 86, a longtime resident of West Caldwell, NJ, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Mountainside Hospital. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ (973-226-6696) on Wednesday, January 21st from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be offered at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 271 Roseland Avenue, Essex Fells, NJ 07021 on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11:00 am. Nan was born in Newark, NJ to her parents, Alistair and Mona Anderson. She lived most of her life in West Caldwell where she and her husband, Robert, raised a family. Mrs. Rame was a librarian with the Belleville Public Library and later with the Clara Maas Nursing School also in Belleville. Fortunately, for Nan, she was an avid reader, especially detective novels. She was a devout member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church where she was on several committees and was a longtime member the Altar Guild, serving as the Directress for 20 years. Surviving Nan are her beloved husband, Robert C. Rame'; devoted daughters and husband's, Laurie and Thomas Haight, Jill and Paul Paulson. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Peter's Episcopal Church or the Altar Guild of St. Peter's Episcopal Church would be appreciated.
