I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. May God almighty, father of tender mercies and all comfort continue to comfort you all (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). How glad we are that God has promised to completely remove death, tears, mourning, outcry and pain (Revelation 21:4). Indeed we all eagerly anticipate the fulfillment of that promise. The Bible also provides assurance of a real hope of resurrection for our dead loved ones in the coming near future (John 5:25). May these promises from God bring you comfort. Dear Karen, Jack, and Arlene,
I want to express my sincere sympathy at the loss of your mother. fI have a lot of fond memories growing up next to you on Hillside Ave. While my grandfather named your dad, "Mayor of Hillside Ave.", your mom was definitely its "First Lady". She was a lovely person who we admired a lot. She was always kind and friendly to everyone, especially my mother who lived alone there for many years after my father died.
I know she was a wonderful mother and grandmother, and you will miss her a lot.
