Obituary of Mary Louise Belfiore

Mary Louise Belfiore Loved Her Husband and Family Mary Louise Belfiore, 94, of Fairfield, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 with her family by her side. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 4 – 8 pm. A Funeral Mass celebrating her life will be held in St. Thomas More R.C. Church, 12 Hollywood Ave., Fairfield, NJ on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 10:00am. Born in Newark, NJ to her parents, John and Anna Giovenco and raised in Bloomfield, NJ before moving to Fairfield where she has lived for 66 years. Mary was a devout Catholic and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America at St. Aloysius Church in Caldwell and a longtime parishioner of St. Thomas More Church in Fairfield. Her joy of life was found in time spent with family. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will miss her greatly. She was predeceased by the love of her life, Felix P. Belfiore, to whom she was married for 67 years; a sister, Rose Terlizzi and brothers, Peter and Jasper Giovenco. Surviving are her devoted children, Mary Anne O'Hara (Thomas), Margaret Louise Kubilus and Felix Belfiore (Roberta); loving grandchildren, Thomas O'Hara (Cara), Lauren Cesario (Tony), Alyssa Wheeler (Stephen), Heather Hopkins (Roger), Jessica Kubilus, Brian Belfiore (Jenna), and Michelle Befiore; adored great grandchildren, Thomas, Jordin, Ryan, Oliviannah, AJ, Riley, Michael, Brayden, Caeden, Dale, Anthony, Kayleigh, Alexander, and Benjamin. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Barnabas Hospice, 95 Old Short Hills Road, West Orange, NJ 07052 would be appreciated.
