Tonight I found the notice of Ann's death last year. She was my oldest friend, as our parents were members of Munn Avenue Presbyterian Church in East Orange, NJ. probably since about 1933 to 1946, when we moved to Illinois. I remember attending Eagle Island Girl Scout Camp with Ann, where we BFF soloed in a canoe together for the first time for each of us. The Saranac Lake water was cold! She was such a tomboy. We both had Miss Lois Beetler for our first piano teacher, and I loved to hear Ann sing and play on her grand piano in Pine Brook. I planned to visit her "soon" but didn't hear from her last Christmas ( and just got the sad news). I knew her brothers Jerry and Gene too, of course, as they were my first "brothers". Jerry pushed my head through a second storey window one day, but neither of us was harmed. Gene put his first through a basement window one day when my mother was baby-sitting him, she reported. Oh, so many memories !~ I was scolded for crossing the street to go play with her when we were only three. Our parents loved to play bridge together, but they never did manage to teach me. I wish the photo showed her in happier days, but I treasure it, nx hope the family members who are left, see my condolence.

My condolences go out to the Boney Family and friends of Ann. She was a friend of mine from Amato Opera where we laughed and sang and ate good food and had a wonderful life. I pray all of her dreams were fulfilled. Rest in paradise my friend. You will always have a special place in my heart.

I was up in New England and tried to phone Cousin Ann to invite her to lunch. She drove me as a child every summer on the John Boat in Lake John in Orlando.
I will love her and miss her!

Ann was a longtime snowbird here in Winter Garden, Florida and she was a dear friend and a devoted member of our bridge club. I taught her mother to play bridge years ago, and that got Ann addicted. My birthday is in January, and because she's always here then, without fail she took me out to dinner at the Rusty Fox restaurant for my birthday. I'll always cherish those memories. She will be sorely missed by all of us here in Winter Garden, and our condolences go out to her many friends and family members in New Jersey.

We are so sad about Ann's passing. She was a devoted friend of our mother's ( Lois Dennis) and was just the most spirited woman. The fact that she could drive by herself from New Jersey to Florida and back every year was amazing to us! She was a very strong woman. The West Orange bridge club will miss her sorely.

Her obituary fails to mention her musical vocations as Opera performer and pianist; or her long association with The Amato Opera Company of New York City. She can be seen on the PBS documentary about the Amatos and their Opera Company. She and I enjoyed bridge playing, and a Florida friendship

Miss Boney was a well-loved and caring teacher at Riverview School. We moved to Denville in 1955 when I was in 2nd grade, so didn't have her as a teacher. But, she welcomed me with a big hug. Both my brother & sister were in her class and loved her. My condolences to her family. God Bless <><

I was a first grade student of Miss Boney in 1977, almost 40 years ago and I still remember her kindness. I believe she was an excellent teacher and more importantly a beautiful person.

I taught with Ann many years in Denville NJ. She loved teaching first graders. She had an unusual sense of humor but was strict with them. I remember her wonderful singing voice most of all. She sang Opera for years. Very Active in MCREA for teachers' rights.

I offer my deepest sympathies to Miss Boney's familgia. I had her for my music teacher at Riverview School in Denville, NJ in the late 60's. Miss Boney arranged for my entire class back then to attend her performance in "The Micado", in NYC. She was awesome on and offstage. I remember visiting Denville during the 1990's, and stopped by Riverview School, and just by coincidence, Miss Boney was standing outside the doors to the new building. I approached her, identified myself as 1 of her many former students, and we shared a great short conversation. May She R.I.P. in His Kingdom. Blessings to her surviving familgia.

I will always remember being in Miss Boney's first grade class at Riverview School. She kept me in line and taught me how to read! I also remember when she retired and I was a fifth grader.... I was so young but was very aware that future generations were missing out on an amazing teacher! Years later I learned that many of my friends parents were also her students. You will be greatly missed.

To the family of Ann,
Please accept my sincere condolences. I have also felt your pain The Bible, however, holds out a much different hope the Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future,. And at that time humans will have the prospect of enjoying perfect health, and they will never have to die again Matthew 6:10; “ Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth” In that restored Paradise, the human family will have the prospect of enjoying life without end, free from all sickness and disease
Sincerely,
Roberta
