Nilda David Moselina, 88 of Roseland passed away on November 25, 2019.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Nilda at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Saturday November 30 from 9 - 10:30 AM. A Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in West Orange at 11 AM. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Born in the Philippines, Nilda attended Centro Escolar University, and graduated with a degree in education. She was a longtime Social Studies teacher in the Philippines before retiring. She moved with her family to California in 1994, before relocating to West Orange in 1998, and finally settled in Roseland several years later. She was an avid gardener, and the delicious meals she prepared will always be remembered by her family.

Nilda was the beloved wife of the late Rodolfo Moselina; loving mother of Jackie Monsalud and her husband Leonard, Ralph Moselina and Steve David. She is also the dear grandmother of Jennifer and Megan; and sister of Consorcia David-Erickson and Nena Fabregas.
