We are so happy that you were part of our family for over 20 years. You will truly be missed by all of us. You were loved by all and had a special place in our grandson Sebastian's heart. Whenever we told Sebastian that we were going to visit great-grandma Lena, he would add "and Uncle Wayne." He loved seeing you and would talk about "Uncle Wayne." We know you are in heaven watching down on all of us. We love you and will miss you dearly. Rest in peace.
Love,
Lucille & John

Uncle Wayne,
It is hard to believe that you are gone so soon. From the moment you came into our family you brought such warmth and joy to our table and family get togethers. You were always there to help every member of our family and I am incredibly grateful for the ways you stepped in to support mine in difficult times. Each moment we had with you was filled with laughter and light. I will miss your jokes at Sunday dinner, the way you made little Leo smile, and that you were always there to listen. We love you and miss you dearly.
Love,
Christina, Sammy and Leo Alexander

Such a gentle soul, so kind, helpful, caring, with cute laugh. Wayne you will be missed and always loved. Our family is at a loss. So many memories. A few eating bird seeds in the brook, What doing. You will always be loved and remembered. You were and example to all who knew you. Rest in the arms of our Lord and be surrounded by His abundant love.

Wayne,
You were a truly special man, always ready to help anyone. You were my brother in law but I always considered you my brother. My family and I appreciated all the times you rescued us in our many times of needed support. You were Vinnie’s fishing buddy, Frankie’s driving lesson teacher and always there to talk and listen. Our holidays and Sunday dinners with you were always enjoyed by all. You had a big heart and really cared, you will be missed.
Rest in Peace
Love ,
Laura, Vinnie, and Frankie

Wayne, you will be in my heart forever. You were not just my cousin, you were my big brother, with a heart of gold. Growing up together in Stoney Road and then Hillcrest, you were my hero and my champion. I saw the wonders of the world - turtles, frogs and all - through your eyes. I will always carry in my heart being chased out of the Monastery, painting Charlie Brown Christmas displays under attack from bees, trying to water ski on Lake Hopatcong in Steve’s boat, and just hanging out in our apartment. Wherever you were, the room was lifted because you just carried good feelings and happiness wherever you went.
Wayne, I won’t cry anymore because you wouldn’t like that. Here’s hoping you are still hooting with the owls and soaring with the Eagles!
Love always, your little sister/cousin Cathy.

What a kind hearted soul. You will be greatly missed. You were the type of person who would do anything for anyone. I know you were welcome with open arms into heaven. I’m so glad you were given to me to be my cousin and grateful to God to have you this long on this earth. I know we will see each other again someday. My heartfelt condolences to your wife and brothers and family. Now go light up the skies with laughter and sunshine. Love you forever and forever in my heart.
Love, your cousin Alison

Wayne was the true definition of the phrase “a good guy”. His personality was beyond reproach, and his unselfish contributions to our family were immeasurable. He was always there to lend assistance whenever it was needed, without hesitation or question. He was a true friend and like a brother to me. We shared many things particularly our journey through the 60s, which included serving in the military. He will most definitely be missed by everyone who knew him. May God bring rest and eternal peace to his soul.
